The cool thing about them, regardless of what your RWHP is compared some others, is that you get to see how your engine changes with wear and time. When I was out east, and the Eastern Fbody Association was still around, we had one annually. There was a stretch early on where some cars were gaining HP each year as the engines had more miles on them. The sweet spot for the LS motors seemed to be between 30K and 50K. We'd see as much as 15 RWHP more with no additional mods on the same dyno. Of course, had we continued to do that I'm sure we would have seen those numbers start to decline as we all approached 100K+ HAHA! It was also fun to see one guy put down sick number on the dyno only to get spanked at the track by one that did much less courtesy of the driver mod...or lack of oneOriginally posted by DanDalessandro View Post
