Alright making the call to the restaurant to confirm the appointment. Please call me ASAP if you have not yet posted yet plan on coming so I can take appropriate measures.

Since I have not heard any requests I'll call and order just pizza this time. If you wanted Salads or anything you can order then. The prices have been posted in this thread about 10-15 posts back.

I am working on Name badges and some signs for tomorrow. If anyone has any suggestions for the club please bring them tomorrow for discussion. I would like to get the next few meetings planned out so we know where we are at and what needs to be done and what people would like to accomplish this year.

I plan on having monthly meetings. Essentially once each side of the club East and West knows what to do they can find a more conveinant way of conducting meetings that works best for them. I think a centralized meeting would be best for the first couple of meetings and then after that we can make changes.

I will be attending meetings on alternating sides of the state to oversee things. So once we have everyone on the same page East siders may choose to meet around Detroit and West siders Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids. I just want to make sure everything is set to go and then we can do things more locally. During the meeting we cna discuss more of the details.
