Lets keep this at the top, only 7 days remaining!

Still need to hear from our current judges as well, all I need is confirmation that you'll be there, a good contact number to reach you, and I'll need to run over some details (times, places, what to bring with you, etc.).

I have contact information for all but one of our judges, so if your name is on the list in the first post of this thread, expect to hear from me sometime between now and Sunday. It won't take long, just need to make sure everyone is on the same page.

If anyone has Brian's (bri2203) phone number, please PM it to me. He is one of the last judges I haven't been able to reach yet. Just need to run over the details with him.

I have been unable to confirm Brian (bri2203) despite contacting him via PM and reaching out to known friends on Facebook, so at this point, I can only assume that he will not be joining us. We had another judge cancel due to a scheduling conflict, so at this point, we still need 3 judges. If anyone knows someone who can help out, give them my number. We have less than 36 hours until judging lanes open.

I will be calling in some favors with people I know, hopefully I can make this happen, but I was trying to avoid bringing all of my friends as judges.

Sorry Nick I didnt see your message on FB until now, due to some unforeseen circumstances I would bet he might not make it. I would assume knowing him that he will try but as of right now you arent going to be able to reach him.

Nick, is that after the two I'm bringing with me? I have Christopher and Trent coming with me. I may be able to pull a fourth, let me check.

I thought Randy was one of the two. Don't worry about a fourth, I'll get someone.

                      Current Judges List:
                      1. Nick (93formulalt1)
                      2. Kevin (ktl711)
                      3. Mike (Akodo)
                      4. Ben (phoenix_rising)
                      5. Christopher
                      6. Mike (MikeM)
                      7. Trent
                      8. Justin
                      9.
                      10.

We need at least two more. I hate to say it, but with the number of unforeseen circumstances that have prevented judges from following through, we are already down two more. I'm not questioning anyone's dedication here, but I fully expect one more on this list to back out between today and tomorrow.

Mike, please call your friend to see about bringing a fourth, we're going to need it. Ben, let Jessica know she's now on the list as an alternate, in case something else happens and we need another. I will let you know before I pick you up in the morning if we're going to need her.
                      Nick H.

I contacted you via PM, but you never sent your email address or phone number, so I had no other way of reaching you. Sorry I wasn't able to reply sooner, I had to work Friday until 3am, came home, went straight to bed, and left for CSF at 7am, so I haven't even been on MIFBody since Wednesday or Thursday. We would love to have you out to help next time though, it wasn't quite the same this year, it looked more like the "Michigan DD Club" was handling the judging lanes, since the only F-Body there was Kevin (KTL711)'s Camaro convertible, although we did make Mike M. go get his Trans Am out of storage for Sunday. lol Mike S. and I had our DD's out, Dodge Charger and Chevy Malibu, so we got some nasty looks driving through the show to get to the judging tents. Haha.

I also wanted to post up a quick, public "Thank You" to our judging staff this year, including Mike S. (Akodo), Mike M. (MikeM), Ben S. (Phoenix_Rising), Kevin (KTL711), and the other, non-MIFBody/MIFC folks who helped out, including Ray, Christopher, Trent, Logan, and Jessica. I really appreciate your efforts, and I can proudly say that we were able to pull it off again with minimal snags along the way.

I would also like to extend a "Thank You" to Barry Hensel and the Camaro SuperFest team, as well as everyone from the EMCC who helped make the event a fun one. We have always had a blast, we really do enjoy the opportunity to work alongside the EMCC volunteers, and I can't possibly say enough positive things about the event, the EMCC, or the spectators/participants that keep coming back, year after year. This year marks the 5th year that MIFC has handled the Judging lanes at Camaro Superfest, and we continue to look forward to returning, year after year. This offers us the unique opportunity to look at some of the most beautiful F-Bodies in the country (and some from our neighbors to the North), while also building friendships that will last for years. I know I speak for all of the MIFC folks who have been involved in the past when I say that I appreciate the opportunity to help make this event great, and we hope to continue our participation at Camaro Superfest for years to come.

Things seemed to go really smoothly overall this year, and the weekend felt like it was over in a flash! We processed most of our cars in Lane 1 (1st Gen and factory specials) on Saturday, which kept us busy and helped keep our minds off the heat. It also really helped a lot to be able to work under the line of tents. We only judged about 5 or so cars on Sunday, but strangely enough, most of our "Judges' Choice" nominations came from these later cars!

As usual, I had a lot of fun working with the entire judging team, and I got to see some really great Camaros up close! Thanks to the EMCC, its guests, and our judging team for making this year's Superfest a fun time!

I had a great time this year as in the past, thanks to all you Camaro owners out there for bringing your beauties and letting us see them. Looking forward to next year and hoping it won't be quite so HOT! On Saturday I drank three bottles of water and never once had to use the facilities . . . today was much nicer though.

And Nick, in your earlier post you said there was only one F-body . . . did you forget? You all did make me get it out of storage just for today, you know . . . . . . had to have at least ONE 'Bird' there!

My bad. . . I meant to mention that after, but I was interrupted and didn't re-read my post before I submitted it. . .

And it won't be that way next year, my Formula WILL be there next year. No way am I leaving it at home 3 years in a row. . . Although it will be a completely different beast next year, and I won't be able to accomodate a "carpool" like I could this year. One passenger, that's it. I've realized that there are 2 ways to go faster: 1. More power, and 2. Less weight. I'll be working on both of these this year, and everything I deem "unnecessary" is going to be removed. I won't sacrifice A/C though, it's going to be street driven occasionally in the summer, and I dislike sweating very much. lol
