Do I hear somebody stepping up to be WMFC president???

IMO I think that it would be cool if we keep the name the same and seperate it to WMFA and EMFA....A=association

Don't know how devoted I could be right now while I'm in college. Only have 1.5 years left though. I've definately thought about it, someone has to get the party started! lol.

Icepick brings up a good point, as much as I would like to see a firebird club, the logistics present a problem. The mifbody works great for communications, but usually is somewhat disappointing when there are cruises or functions where it would be nice to see a large turn out. Clubs because they tend to be more local do better at this. (Other than fbody meet and greets) I totally have enjoyed them and maybe a fall one could be scraped together for a color run. Ben has tried and I don't think its his fault that the firebird club has not grabed ahold, he is now in an area thats not convienient for meetings etc for a lot of us.
Do we really need a firebird club? Or should us firebird owners be content to continue through mifbody functions? Another thought is get one club going with guest memberships for people not close enough to attend meetings.
Sorry for the ramble but just wanted to add my thoughts.

Some very good points there, Larry...and this is probably why a EMCC and a WMCC ended up as separate entities...

WMCC & EMCC were never 1 club.

WMCC was started in 1975 By Doug Warren a small group of dedicated Camaro enthusiasts.

EMCC was started in 1991 when several members split from the Camaro club of Michigan due to some club type internal conflicts.
