Another MiFBody member, Mike - my1994z28, passed away... :(

Wow - Don't even know what to say right now because I'm so shocked. Gaspo sent me a PM saying that he got a phone call from Mike's girlfriend that he was in the hospital after throwing his back out and that he somehow passed away... I'm not sure of the specifics right now, just passing along the news. Once I find out more I'll be sure to post arrangements and what not. Unbelievably sad news.

Hi, I'm Dan, I am a nephew of mike Greenan, know to you guys as 1994 z28. Mike was having breathing problems Sunday night and went I bed and woke up Monday the same, Jennifer his girlfriend called 911 and thy put mime in th ambulance where his lips turned blue and they performed CPR in front of the house and on the way to the hospital but he was already gone. An autopsy showed he had multiple blood clots and 1 on his heart. I want to thank you for the donations and kind words as my family goes through his terrible time. Mike will be layer out Thursday from 2-9 at ah peters home in grosse pointe on Mack.

Hi this is Jennifer, Mikes girlfriend, to answer some of the questions he had 2 sons. Ages 19 and 6. His oldest really didnt get into the whole car thing. Our 6 year old was out there helping as much as he could. He talks just like his dad about car parts and knows about parts a 6 year old shouldnt. I also have a video of his last pass he made 3 weeks prior, I am just not sure how to upload it to here. He ran a 10.5 @127.

I am very sorry to hear this sad news. I am a new member here on the forum but born in Detroit 45 years ago. From what i can read, Mike was a wonderful person and i wish i had gotten a chance to get to know him. He and his family will be in my prayers.
