  • New Forum Sponsor- Superstarr Window Tinting LLC

    Hey guys,

I'm the owner/installer of Superstarr Window Tinting LLC, one of Metro-Detroits Premier Window Tinting Companies, and the newest "Platinum" MIFBody sponsor. We've been in business for over 6 years, and just recently moved into our new location at Hall road and Gratiot, 3/4 mile south of Hall Road.

We are the up and coming window tint company in detroit, and have tinted over 1200 cars in the last 6 years. We use only professional quality, lifetime warranty window film products from major manufacturers, so your film is never going to bubble, fade, or turn purple. Out warranty is a manufacturer backed nationwide lifetime warranty, so you are covered nationwide wherever you go for as you own the vehicle through the manufacturer themself, not just through our company.

Our goal is to to work with our customers to give you the best value for your dollar. We understand how important your car is to you, and are determined to make every dollar you spend count.

We also share a shop with a detailing company, are are looking forward to co-hosting a few meet/greet events this season in our complex. Look for more details soon!

Now, on to the fun stuff:

Our window tint prices are as follows:
    $170- Full Four Door Sedan
$140- Two Door Coupe/Rear Half of Four Door Sedan
    $200- Full Four Door SUV
    $125-200- Single Cab-Club Cab Trucks
    $35- Windshield Strip/Eyebrow
    $100- Full Windshield Tint

In addition to window tint, we also offer HID kit sales/installation, Vinyl Lettering/Graphics(All done in house on our state of the art plotter) and head/taillight tinting with Lamin-X films.

    The really fun stuff:
For the FIRST PERSON to respond, set up an appointment, and prepay for any window tint installation, you will get 50% off your entire job. That means a full four door car for $85, or a two door for $70. This is a oppurtunity to jump on quick, because it won't last long. In return for the discount, all you have to do is post a good review of our company on here, and a few pictures of the job. Thats it.

Post in this thread, and email me at superstarrtint@gmail.com , and I will send you a paypal invoice to prepay to hold your spot. No prepayment, no spot, regardless of whether your first or not.

For some pictures of our past work, become a fan on our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=-3&id=373782260868#!/pages/Superstarr-Window-Tinting-LLC-Fanpage/373782260868

Stay tuned for our meet/greet details, new subforum to ask us any questions you may have, and a similar special from our detail company.

    Thanks guys

    UPDATE:
I also forgot to mention originally that I also do a lot of vinyl lettering/graphics/racing stripes. I have a plotter and stock a wide variety of vinyl, and have pretty reasonable prices. If you ever need anything for your car, feel free to give me a call and I can guarantee that I can make what you're looking for.

So $140 to tint the doors and rear hatch on an Fbody? That's pretty cheap as far as I know!

        yessir. Fbodies are nothing special.

another thing I forgot to mention is that I shave all frameless windows, so there will be NO gap whatsoever, the film goes right to the top of the window. Also, I use the glue method on the dots, so you don't have the blotchy white appearance, its just black like the rest of the film. Its not a paint or vinyl, so you can still see out of it just the same.

I think we're going to have to agree to disagree on that one, I'm afraid F-Bodies, to me at least, are the most amazing cars on the road.

i was referring to them from a tinters aspect, many tinters appear to be afraid of them and charge a lot more, when in reality their nothing hard.

Damn too late on the deal looks like Ben beat me out! I could use my car re-tinted want to go darker and my hatch needs to be done. Do you guys do work on Saturdays? $140 doesnt seem a bad price at all for the hatch and 2 windows. Can we go any % tint that we chose?

i actually only work fri/sat/sun since i go to school mon-thurs. I'm open pretty much all day saturday right now.

yes, you can go any % you want. now, when you say redone, does it have tint on it right now? The $140 does not include removal, only new application.
