Pretty unhappy with Mike right now

Well I NEVER thought I would be in here complaining about Mike, but I feel enough is enough.

I purchased a converter from him 30 days ago and so far been told it was shipped twice and still have not received it. I have spoken with him many times on the phone and in text and he assured me many times it was on its way.

Now I am waiting for the paypal refund since Monday, it takes 5 mins to refund on paypal, I know I have done it. Now I had to file a dispute with paypal to try and get my refund.

I did NOT wanna bring this here but I am a huge advocate on letting members know when you are being stiffed or blown off.

I know when Sean had the same issue Mike was fighting with the actual shipping company and they refused to ship any more of his packages until it was resolved. Maybe someone local can pick it up for you as was done in Sean's case.

x2... went through the same shit jess... just keep calling him until he answers. he was getting screwed over by UPS when he went to ship mine out.. luckily i had him grab it and had someone pick it up for me

I had this same kind of problem YEARS ago with JPT (Jims performance transmission) in Eaton Rapids. He builds good stuff, but completely fails at communication, lol. Hence the reason I dont give him my business anymore. I have a friend who builds my transmissions for me now. Good luck Jess, I hope it works out for ya. Bad customer service makes me angry. Eric L

I try and ALWAYS patronize the people who support the sites I visit to help the little guys, but like Eric said, I have a time limit too..

makes me bummed cause I like Mike, had good talks with him, he helped me over the phone, BUT a simple call and whatever would have sufficed
