The first of 5 custom T6 turbo kits is nearing completion so i figured I would make a thread! These builds are all 1-off, built to suit the customer's needs.
The kit in basic form features the following, but can be modified to suit whatever the customer wants!
* 2", 2.25", or 2.5" Stainless Crossover with T4 or T6 flange, 45mm or 60mm WG flange, integrated Turbo support brace, and bungs for primary O2 sensors.
* 5" - 4" Stainless downpipe (T4 would be all 4") routed through a Turbo style K-member or out the front bumper with an O2 bung and plug for sideband / tuning and waste gate re-routing integration.
*Larger 27"x12"x4" Core intercooler with 4" inlet and outlet and brackets
*Full ALUMINUM 4" Cold side piping from Turbo to Intercooler and Intercooler to Throttle Body with 50mm BOV flange, and 3/8-18 NPT bung for threaded IAT sensor
*All necessary couplers and clamps!
It requires No AC, no front sway, a turbo style K if wanting downpipe out the back, stood up radiator and pusher fans, and the desire to go very fast!
Standard pricing on this kit is $3995
We can include the truck manifolds with V-bands on the hot side and retain oem alternator location on this as well for an additional $445
