I was over to Baker5209's and he had this weather toolbar and the single digit forecast was on there. I downloaded the same tool last night and the same forecast there. Now I'm wondering if that stupid thing was in celcius and not Fahrenheit.

That would be my guess there stud.

Rick was saying how cold it was going to be and showed me. I had downloaded the tool later and it showed the same thing. It didn't do what I wanted so I uninstalled it without even thinking it might be in celcius. Damn dual measuring systems!!!
