What would have come stock on a 1994 Trans Am? I know the A4s came with 3.23s and manuals with 3.43s but what rear axle? Is it a 10 bolt series 3 carrier?

yes, anything over 3.23s is going to be series 3. For rear ends with 3.08s or lower they are series 2.

bump, we are ordering the 3.73s and install kit for my brothers bird. So we will have some first hand experience with these gears here shortly
