So do they get the parts to you any faster than the do a direct customer? Their lead time SUCKS when ordering parts! If they didn't fit and work so well I'd go elsewhere!

does it really take that long? im gonna most likely be needing some new parts from them soon. going to get the suspension looked at right now actually.

I am going to be placing an initial order here shortly, so if you are looking for something here soon let me know and I will put it on my list. They have it so I have to place a big order initially to become a dealer. So I will be stockpiling parts from them. This way I will have things on hand when ordered.

Right now on their site it says to give them 6-8 days to get the parts due to demand.

My list currently looks like this:

(5) sets of 82-02 LCAs, non adjustable
(1) set of 82-02 LCA, adjustable
(3) LCA relo brackets 82-02
couple panhard bars
couple torque arms

If you will be looking for something here in the near future let me know and I will make sure to put at least one in the order so that I have it on hand when you do finally want to get one

Yeah, I do plan on ordering a few things from UMI, I'll definitely support my local website sponsor. How's your shipping rate compare to theirs? I'll have to compare their shipping and no sales tax and yours...

ups ground is the normal way things go for me, some priority mail depending on size. Not sure on how much they charge for shipping. Are UMIs shipping charges usually pretty high or something?

Wow..only 6-8 days? It was over a month to get both my orders. Ordered 3pt SFC's and a driveshaft loop and took forever to get them the other year and ordered an adjustable panhard this year and took nearly a month to get! I'll be wanting a set of black rod/poly single adjustable LCA's in a month or two.

I will be faxing in some more paperwork tomorrow, then placing an order in the next day or two. I will try and get a little spread of everything so I have it on hand then and don't have to wait once I get them.

Yea the delays vary from them depending on demand, I just went off what their homepage said of 6-8 days

Their shipping time has probably dropped as I had ordered in the spring and they said that was their busiest time and they were backlogged. I would think that that would anticipate this and ramp up some stock over the slow winter months.
They do have some real nice stuff though. I eventually want to do the torque arm relocation and torque arm on my car. That'll be a ways down the road though.
