  • Twin Turbo Mustang

We have been working on this car for the last couple of months. Engine was machined and put together at our new Machine shop. Dart sportsman block, eagle rods, k-1 crank, CP pistons, EVI custom gound camshaft, Twin turbo kit (supplied by customer), EVI fabricated 304 stainless exhaust with magnaflow mufflers, Aeromotive fuel system. Cage was done before the car came to us, and the car has Nitrous just to add a little more. Engine comes out to be a 369. Here are some pics of where the car was a few weeks ago. I will post up some current pics soon.

Even for being a mustang which I have no care in the world for. Thats beefy, and pretty clean engine bay.

Is he still running 4-lug rear wheels?

Wonder how long those will last...

Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm sure there's some fast 4-lugs...just like there are some fast 10-bolts...

But it's just a matter of time...not if, but when...

And as a secondary follow-up thought, this would be another perfect example of somebody spending big money to make serious horsepower and not having a way to transmit it to the ground on a repeatable and reliable basis...
