Well, I have the fortune of being able to install in a heated garage, but I don't know how much longer I will be able to, so I want to get them asap.

I feel for you guys. I'm truly sorry this is taking so long. I take pride in getting items to my customers fast. In this case, I failed.
Hopefully as my business grows, I can do a better job of stocking parts from UMI and maybe add a few more to list of manufactures I deal with directly.

Not trying to bother you, I realize that this is completly out of your control and that UMI is the ones that dropped the ball on this. Did he say that they would ship from the factory middle of this week or should arrive middle of this week? Thanks for all your help.

He said should ship the middle of the week. I havnt recieved any tracking numbers from them yet this week.

Its OK creight I haven't heard anything at all from my K-member pruchase and I know they are heavily backup up from that great sale they had.

I have the same situation going on with my sales from the UMI christmas sale. I have heard nothing for tracking #s either for my customers. They are struggling with this sale, usually they are really good.

Hopefully your customers are smart enough to know that this is UMIs fault, not yours.
