So, I was thinking about something like that, but my Dad just paid $400 for a Passport Radar detector, so I'm just going to use that. . . That is a helluva deal for a nice detector! You guys that don't have on yet need one. . . I owe a lot of credit to mine, it's saved me from a lot of speeding tickets! Haven't been pulled over once.

yea i was thinkin about the V1 as well. but i really don't trust radar detectors. i just get "overconfident" in them and then and then one day it doesn't "pick up a signal" and bam, another ticket for matt.

I had one in my S10. but i think the tint honestly made it work worse cause it didn't pick up anything. but then i'd put it in my moms car and it worked fine?

really i just try not to speed. every speeding ticket i've got was within a week of getting my car "fixed' (when the heads went on...speeding ticket, clutch went in...speeding ticket, gears and rear end all fixed...speeding ticket) haha oh well i still have zero poitns and a clean record !!!

How much do you want for your old one matt? I don't speed unesscessarily so it'll work for me. Plus I drive a bird like your moms so it will work better!
