  • Hke 408 $3850

    I have an HKE Precision racing engine 408 short block available.

    Eagle crank
    Scat I beam rods
    Wiseco pistons
    GFX rings
    ARP mainstuds
    ACL race coated bearings
    -8cc pistons 11.07:1 compression (typical 66cc head)

    $3850 plus crate and freight

    We typically can not keep an HKE engine in stock, the demand for them is far to great but I we have one shortblock right now in stock.

    All engines:
    Hone block with appropriate Torque Plates
    Line Hone Main Bores with ARP or OEM Fasteners
    Set Deck W/ Customer's Pistons and Surface to Correct
    for Required Quench
    Balance Rotating Assembly

    We can turn this into a long block for you as well.
    MSD 8.5mm Superconductor wires w/ NGK $68 delivered, custom length LS1 LT1.

    AFR, TFS, All Pro, Edelbrock, Dart head cam specials

        thats not a bad deal at all!!! what kinda power are those i beams rated to

        do you guys offer anything bigger then a 408 in an aluminum block?

          aluminum block all depends on your budget as to how big it is. The rod on this 408 can be ugraded if a person wants but the I beam is strong enough at the rpms this engine will see. We can upgrade to an Eagle H beam for $100 more and a Compstar for $275 more if a person wanted to but HKE will tell you flat out the Scat I beam is fine.

            Little more info on the Scat I beam.. its good for anything n/a under 7500 rpms and light n2o or FI use.. 700 rwhp is not an issue.
