My personal knob is done, threaded and in the car. Threading for the aftermarket Hurst short shifter is 7/16-20, so that threading is currently available. It may fit other shifters, possibly including the stock and factory Hurst, but I can't promise anything at the moment. However, I will have threading available for nearly everyone very, very soon. Re-drilling and tapping the delrin is extremely easy so I should have no problem adapting it to different thread types.
