It may have rained most of the day but we had fun in-spite of the weather. And here are the pics to prove it.......










The museum's special display was a history of stock car racing...










And how about this, Bill Mitchell's prototype motorcyle that he had built to travel around with the Banshee concept car. Note the Banshee name on the side and the honeycomb exhaust tip.

I wish I could have been there. We got held up on bolting up the passenger side motor mount pad and wasted a lot of time on it and so we did not get the motor and trans in the car like we planned. By that point it was too late to make the trip so we just went out to eat and stayed home. Hopefully, some time this week we can work on the car again to mate the drivetrain and the body. Once that is done it will be hooking everything up and troubleshooting.
