Have been debating on going through with the supercharger project or getting an ls1 car, by the looks of it I wont be able to get any money out of my bird with how many miles it has, but the body is great so im Looking for a complete ls1 and auto tranny to swap into my firebird, anyone know of any ls1's for sale for around 3000?

80-90k max would be ideal so that he can drop it in and go, not have to worry about rebuilding it soon after------------------------------------------

Did some more researching, we would prefer to get a 99 ls1 engine/trans/pcm/wiring harness. Would make for the most plug and play install for us------------------------------------------

Try finding a wercked 99 camaro or bird with one that would be the best bet then you have all the parts you need
