does she need horsepower? I would think you could find a nice t-top or vert 3.8 firebird in that price range. my buddy found an immaculate 98 firebird for 6k last year.

Finding a 4gen that cheap is going to hard, But I will keep looking for the car.

get a 98-00 v6 and that shoud be right in that price range.. if u get a v8 though for that price its gonna be beat to crap. get a nice 3.8 it would be more than enough for her anyway
