  • Wtb: Lt1 $3000?

I'm looking for a new daily driver. My only requests are LT1, mechanically in good shape, and MUST BE M6! No automatic's here. Let me know if you have something. Looking to spend around $3000. Possible consider a little more if in excellent shape.

good luck finding an M6 for that. autos you can come by for that, but youll rarely see an M6 for that cheap because the drivetrain is still worth nearly 2k by istelf.

Save up a little bit more, you are gonna need at least 5-6 to get one in nice shape.

                    Good luck.
If you find it, you better do everything in your power to jump on it, for it will not stay for sale long.

As everyone else said, you have a snowballs chance in hell of finding that car for that price. But hey, that is still a chance right.

I never said it had to be in nice shape. Why is an A4 so much cheaper than an M6?

you might want to find a auction with totalled vehicles.. you may be able to find something with its rearend taken off for that much.. good luck finding a good running car with a M6 for anything close to that..

                            Because auto's suck.

No really, M6's are just in more demand, so they fetch higher dollars. Only chance you have finding one for 3K is if it's someone's clapped out POS that is on it's last legs with a rough body.

exactly what James said, plus the fact that M6s were only 13% of production... at least in my cars build year.
