Any LS1's for sale around 7k? or modded LT1's?

Near MI im after preferrably a LS1 or a modded LT1. Leather, T tops and 6 speed preffered but definately open. Preferrably a TA but will consider a Z as well. I have cash burning a hole and am in a heated search for a summer car!!

1998 z 28 black, t tops, 18" chrome rims, new trans ith shift kit,ls1 v8, throotle body, pullies. needs some tls, passenger rear quarter has a dent, xenon body kit needs to be repainted, they didnt use flex paint. 4 new tires, with dscount lifetime replacement certs. may need to sand inside rims, slow leak may be corroding inside roughly 89000 miles, but not sure havent driven it since i bought a new car in august

I've got another 2-3 weeks with my car. Once I get done with finals, move home for the summer, and start working again my parents are cosigning my loan. So I'm not getting to amped just yet cause I won't actually get a new (to me) car for another month.

I would think any LS1 cars in that price range are either going to be pretty abused or very high mileage. I'd probably be looking at LT1 cars for that price range myself.

Actually I was just looking at cars for me and there is a 1999 Camaro with Ttops, M6, leather, SS rims, completely stock, with 89,xxx on it for $6,900 in Dayton Ohio right now.

At a price like that it will be gone by the time I get my car. I can't get my loan until I move back home and get my 1st paycheck. So another 3 weeks until I get the rest of my $$$ for my car.
