  • WTB: Small block Chevy, radiator, etc

Alright I need a few things for my IROC
    • Small block Chevy, doesn't absolutely need to be complete but it's a plus ((my setup is carbureted, if its TPI I don't want the fuel injection parts))
    • Radiator for my IROC
    • Posi rear end, prefer a whole rear end complete, my car still has drum rears, don't care if thats what I stick with or not.
That should be it for now. I'm not looking to spend a buttload on the motor, especially if I end up with another 305. I'll spend what I need to to get a running motor at least. I currently don't have my own car anymore from all my cars breaking at a bad time. I can likely pick up a motor if it's close, I'll pay for delivery if it's not.

I have a near new 1yr of use perfect radiator I could sell reasonably cheap. As for a running SBC finding these is getting tougher to find all the time. I will poke my head around and see what pops up. As for a posi unit I don't think i have any good ones left. You may want to check somewhere like LS1 tech as alot of late model guys are tossing complete rears minus the brakes for parts cheap.

How much for the radiator? I guess I don't necessarily need a running SBC, but I need at least a good rotating assembly, block, and valvetrain I think. I'm not certain if my cam is good or not, I need to get the old motor out but it's snowed in now
Posi unit isn't important, that was just looking to the future really.

      Thanks for the help

I have a few 305's what are you looking for?
I have an 83 short block in good shape. 9.5 to 1 compression
I have a set of 85 305 heads that are cleaned and ready for a rebuild
I also have an 86 305 that is complete, smoked a little but it most likely just needs valve seals.
