  • getting a new car........

So I'm looking at getting a new car, a third gen firebird of course. I've looked on autotrader.com and found one over by chicago and drove 150 miles to look at it and it wasn't what i was looking for. And since then I haven't found anything on autotrader, I'm looking for something within 200 miles of me out of state or any where in state. Anyone know any sites like autotrader.com that i could find some firebirds on? And if anyone one see's a third gen 87-89 forsale or any third gen firebird for sale let me know. Looking for a 350 AT with t-tops, price range is 10k.

Isn't one of the rarest 3rd gen Firebirds the T-Top 350? I thought you couldn't get a 350 and T-Tops except for just a couple of years? Anyway, seems like you've got your mind made up, you know exactly what you want. Don't settle for less, you aren't going to be happy unless you get what you want. I wish you luck finding the car you want, I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled for one for you.

well actually i think the 89 TTA may be one of the rarest, matt needs to chime in, but what i want, the l98 700r4 t top car, 87-89 only (from factory) really like to get my hands on a light blue colored formula, but just about any color formula or TA would do, just gotta have the l98, AT and t tops and i'll be happy.

this is a sweet one, not for sale though, i need something within reasonable driving distance, anywhere in MI is fine, OH, IN, and IL are different stories, IL is just a ***** because most of them are around Chicago and its easy to miss an exit with heavy traffic.

                  Only 1500 '89 TTAs made.

Those were turbo V6s, not V8s.

I would really like one of those...
