I am looking for anything that is inexpensive that will make my car faster. I have had it for a while now and need to upgrade.

Is it completely stock?
Good boltons: Cutout, Catback, Ory, Headers, CAI
Possibly: Different gears or sticky
Power adders: Nitrous isn't too much, Or, you should do the boltons and then put in a cam.
Give us a little more info on what you have done to it, possibly transmission and all, and what your goals are... Is it a street/strip, what are you looking to spend and we can help you a lot from there.

Right now it is completly stock. I really don't want to spend a lot because I really don't drive that fast nor do I race a lot. This was my first Z and compared to the other camaro's I have owned it was fast but with time I have become used to it so i just want to upgrade it some. faster accelaration

I think the age old saying "how fast you want to go would depend on how much money you have" applies here. But a "cheap" upgrade would be a good cold air intake system, around $200. But before you do that, make sure your car is in good shape, spend some money on cap, rotor, plugs, wires, etc etc before you start putting money in performance parts. No point in sucking in all that air and using all that fuel if it isn't burnt efficiently.Originally posted by Xavierz28Right now it is completly stock. gears , a cat back exhaust, cold air box, w/ K&N down in fender, & cut the Cat. converter off it would be a big help & all kinda affordable, look on ebay or this site, you can find some cheap stuff, should be able to get it running good w/ less than 1000.00 dallars! if yo udo it right!
