Excellent, and if I am understanding correctly, if you can you can't get higher ratio rockers without machining. Have to use the stockers or get aftermarket 1.6 ratio?

I honestly don't know enough about the 3800 heads to say what can and cannot be done, just don't know the limits.

I don't recommend changing cam and going with a larger ratios rocker. If a cam is designed for a certain ratio rocker, use it. If you want to upgrade to a roller tip or full roller rocker, by all means go for it...just don't get the really cheap stuff.
