gen 1 sbc

In need of a gen 1 sbc thats useable for a spare, id really like a vortec one if anyone has.one but i cant be picky. My.motor has decided to lurk near 4-5 psi when warm,.pump ia good but i know the bearings have seen better days so its only a matter of time before she pops on me

appreciate the offer but i dont think that heavy turd would like a 305 much, plus im specifially tuned for my motor which is why id like to stay 350 and swap my cam and specifics to it before its too late. 305 would be fun for a down the road project i always wanted to do but not for the yukon, thanks jon

assembled preferrably, i mean im more than capable of going through it just not all in the budget at the moment, i was hoping i could possibly find a vortec 350 to use and take advantage of the heads and slightly upgraded rotating assembly compared to the tbi.

gotta look for a trans afterwards or get mine rebuilt then too

Alrighty. My brother-in-law has blocks all around his shop but most are bare. I'm thinking junkyard pull for some vortec goodies!

id be better with the whole motor, id like spare blocks but i dont have exhuberant amounts of cash to start collecting numerous parts yanno, i need my dd and need to finish my other truck which are priority. havent found a yard with a vortec motor in it yet.
