  • Looking for an LT1 T-56. (Rebuilt, reman, or low miles)

After having Mt. Clemens transmission mess up my t-56, completely ruining it. I need another one. I'm looking to buy at the end of the month, I'm just seeing what's out there. Thanks.

Not sure how much you're looking to spend but I have a built T56 im looking to sell. Its going down to Liberty's to get inspected (they rebuilt it 2 years ago) but just want to give the buyer a clear bill of health. Would need to swap the input shaft and front cover to make it work with your LT1

I could be misinterpretting, but i think he is saying he could have liberty's swap the input shaft while they are doing the rebuild.

I have a 6-speed in my car that has 2 summers on it since being rebuilt by D&D Performance. I've been considering a swap to an automatic so I could sell you mine. The car is parked for the winter so let me know what you think.
