$277.55 shipped for brand new everything (including one filter) at http://www.superchevyperformance.com. You can save by modifying a truck windage tray, I've done that twice so far.
The new pans use a different oil filter (PF48) than the original OEM pans.

The first time I needed a pan I searched for a long time to get a used setup - everyone wanted over $200 plus shipping. After a few weeks of looking I bought new. I've purchased 3 setups off that website, never had a problem.
