Is anybody parting out a lt1 stick camaro? I need a new tranny for my daily driver, a t56. I dont need the shifter, clutch or anything just the trans, the shop I took it to dun messed up my car, long story short my trans no longer runs reverse, just grinds..... also, if anybody has a driver door, no power, crank window, i may need one, as mine is now separating. I also have a few new issues that have shown up since I got the car back, if anybody knows the electrical system in these cars well, shoot me a pm, I have many questions for you issues as follows. driver side turn signal is solid and stays on when my lights are on. never blinks. light in dash is on, I replaced bulbs, rear harness, blinker sensor. nothing still stays on, when the lights are off, the driver blinker runs solid, when the turn signal is turned on, passenger turn signals work fine. hazards work as they should. My radio, aftermarket pioneer, no longer gets power, I checked the adaptor harness, and fuses, all good, no power. any and all help is very much accepted. car gets pulled off the road on the 8th, thats when all the rebuilding begins.
    Current Rides:
Daily Driver: 1993 Camaro v6, LT1/T56 Swap, full SLP Suspension, Bahnhof Stage 3 Clutch, 4:10 Posi, Flowmaster Exhaust, SS wheels, 2002 front clip, SS spoiler, minor cam, aluminum heads with more to come.

Project: 1989 Corvette tuneport 350 automatic, aftermarket suspension and exhaust: planning LS1/4l60e swap in coming year or so, and some other misc stuff such as 4-point harnesses, posi, new paint, and some other potential goodies. Mostly still on chalk board

Logic: building a ridiculous daily driver, then having a fairly plain performance car

Solid blinker means your blinker bulb is bad.

I have an entire m6 car I am parting. Only drawback is that I am across the river in Windsor.

well, ALL of the bulbs have been replaced, so Im pretty sure thats not the problem. I will check again just to make sure

I have no passport, so that isn't a real option.

The socket could be bad, I had one that drove me nuts, check each position carefully both in parking light position and turn signal position to try and narrow down which is the failing light.

Usually a turn signal staying on with the lights on is a due to a ground issue. The bulb will ground itself through the circuitry instead of the chassis.

I had some bulbs do the same thing to me, turned out to be someone put grease in the socket a long time ago and it dried and hardened. I scraped all the old junk out and it works fine now, or you might have a turn flasher that went out on you
