I just picked up a 97 Firebird today. The trans has no reverse but as far as I know is untouched. PM me if your interested. -
95'sare special, you can only run a 95 trans. They look for a certain voltage or ohms from a sensor and the others won't work from what i've been told. Regardless I have a 96 in my late build 95 but it's taking a shit already too....sigpic

I destroyed the last one worse then I have ever seen. I broke the input shaft out of the drum, and bent the output shaft.
