    Is this 1998 Z28 an ok deal??? any input??

    hey everyone I test drove the car, overall it was awesome just curious on yours opinions of it. I love the SS hood, Spoiler.

    What it needs right away
    • Front bumper cover needs a repaint. ( not right away but it will need it)
    • New tires right away
    • and new front struts and rear springs


    is this a solid deal?? the guy will not budge on price I might take 6 but its gonna be tough he is set on 6200.

          I think its a fair price for the Z28 , does the guy have any paper work for maintenance? Or possibly did you look up a car fax?

            one front fender bender on carfax that is all. and he bought it from Boston and shipped it here last summer. the paint was way too nice. It has SLP cold air, SlP exhaust, and shift kit, besides that no other modifications except for the Pontiac seats. overall really nice solid car.

            I also just found a 1999 dark blue z28 6 speed for 6 grand on craigslist going to check it out thursday. I just really like the setup of the red one only thing that is detouring me is the auto trans

                      I think 6200 is a good deal given the mileage and sounds like overall condition. Most LS1 cars are going for a lot more, unless their beat up or engine has been built. ( to me that's a negative )

                          unless the direction of the car was what i was looking for then yeah to me it de values it a bit in my mind. but some people think becasue they have alot of coin into a car that it adds a premium... definetly not the case IMO

                          When i bought my car it was completely dead stock. which was exacly what i was looking for.
