Looking for a few parts for my newly purchased 2000 Camaro SS

    1. Looking for a SLP LID (Got one)

    2. Ebony (dark charcoal) colored Floor mats for Driver and Passenger front

    3. Ebony (dark charcoal) Drivers side seat... I really only need the drivers seat but might buy both driver and passenger seats if the deal is right.

    4. Two 275/40/17 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2tires

    5. 10 Bolt rear end with ABS and Traction control, cheaper the better.

    6. Maybe a Pewter front bumper... don't really need one but if I find a nice one I might get it.

    7. Both Window/Lock switches (Got them)

I would prefer to pick up the bigger items to save on shipping costs
I'm located in Southeastern, MI. Macomb & Lapeer counties.

      Here's what I'd recommend:

      1. SLP Lid -- Look at LS1Tech.com or craigslist or eBay. To search craigslist nationally, try SearchTempest.com

      2. Floor mats --Most floor mats aren't worth having on the secondary market. Try LS1Tech.com again, or better yet, go to eBay or SLPOnline.com and see if you can score some new, original, and authentic "CAMARO SS" embroidered mats from SLP. Otherwise, try a specialty dismantler like Hawk's Third Gen (misleading name, they're more than just 3rd Gens) or my favorite, Cleveland Pick-a-Part. Some people lose cherished collector F-Bodies through accidents, and they may have some near-mint mats in them when they arrive at the dismantlers.

      3. Driver's seat -- Good luck with that. Better that you should just break down and get it repaired. Yee's near 10 and Gratiot or Shelby Trim on Mound usually get high marks. There used to be a guy in Almont that did excellent work, but I don't know his name. He did a repair on a buddy's 1967 T-Bird seat that was the best I've ever seen -- absolutely couldn't be told from factory. You're going to have a hard time finding people who will only sell a drivers seat, so just break down and get the fix.

      4. Used Michelin Pilot Sport tires -- Good luck with that too. Again, you can look at LS1Tech.com or craigslist or eBay. Or you can just do the right thing and go to TireRack.com and order them.

      5. 10 Bolt rear end with ABS and Traction control -- if you want it cheap, then just keep scouring MiFBody.com and craigslist.

      6. Front bumper cover -- If you're picky about color, then probably Cleveland Pick-a-Part would be the best choice. No guarantees on what condition it might be in, though. They do try to get the most cherry cars available, though.

Best of luck with your search.

Still looking for other stuff on the list... might just order the floor mats new from moderndaymuscle.com .... but I emailed them yesterday so far they have yet to respond. http://www.moderndaymuscle.com/inc/sdetail/433

            Has anyone used moderndaymuscle.com before?
