  • Brake Master Cylinder Cap & Gasket (4th Gen)

Anyone local have one of these? Going to take a crack at a DIY powerbleeder so I could use a spare set. I can get the HELP/Dorman for about $12, but I hear the plastic isn't as thick/durable as the OE stuff.

Anyway, if anyone has one laying around that's local to me, I'll toss a few bucks your way to take them off your hands. I work in Warren, live in Macomb.

    Thanks!

I took a stab at doing this but never was able to get a good seal and ended up buying the cap from Motive. When I get home I will see if instill have it laying around.

Cool, thanks - and that a bummer to hear it didn't work well. I am hoping this will work as I have my SS and the wife's G6 using the same cap, and I picked up a clutch MC cap and would like to get a spare cap for my Jeep. The hydraulic fluids look pretty filthy in all 3 vehicles and could stand a flush.

Still looking for one - if nobody has one, no biggie - I'll get a new Dorman unit to hack up from OReilly
