WTB: Cheap junk LS1 Camaro Headlight

Anyone got a junker headlight I could have for a steal? I don't care if the lens is blown out. Basically want to see if I want to do a body-colored whistler when I do my projector retrofit, or whether I want to leave it all chrome in the retro.

I had a bunch of junk ones when I did my retrofit, threw them away though. I'm going to be doing a retrofit for my GTP, projectors just got delivered today. Painting the buckets all black, shroud black too.

If you're looking to incorporate pewter, maybe do the housings black and the projector shroud pewter?

Cool, thanks - I'd appreciate it. Literally, I'm just looking for the reflector part, and even if it's cracked/narfed up I don't care. Want to paint these up before I paint up my stockers and wind up wanting chrome more.

Cool, thanks - will do. I thought about that color scheme, but i really don't think I want the black whistlers on the car at this point. Just not what I am going for.

OK, found one that came off an unfortunate Brickyard festival car that met its end on a slick Indianapolis freeway. The front was relatively unscathed, but it was the offset introduced to the rear quarters that was the killer!

I can bring it in tomorrow, along with the T/A power antenna I picked up for test purposes.

I brought the headlight, plus the antenna, plus a "surprise" with me today. I left them out in the trunk, just to avoid any stray encounters with Security and discussions over "whose parts are whose."
