  • Wanted: Garage Computer

Hey guys looking for a cheap usable laptop or desktop computer that I can turn into a garage computer. I only need it to be able to get online, I would like cheap as possible, I know there are a lot of computer nerds here (Brian Meissen!) that probably has a old computer on the shelf or in a drawer taking up space somewhere....

I have a few (~10) that would do the trick, the distance makes it pointless though

    1989 Camaro IROC-Z Convertible - 355 big tube TPI, WC T5, 3.42 Zexel Torsen, CTS-V/C4 brakes
    1955 Bel Air 2 Door Post - 357 TPI, Muncie M20, 4 wheel disc

I've got an E1505 laptop that Angie's parents were using. They said the screen was crapping out. If you know of anyone with a cheap LCD monitor to use since the built in screen is crapping out, you could have the laptop for cheap.

I dont know what ~10 means, lol laptops or desktops? Desktop would be pointless to ship but a laptop wouldnt be bad.

          ~ means "approximately"

Depending one what you want in it, I'd give you one

Mostly a bunch of P4 systems with varying RAM and HDD size. I also have a couple CRT monitors. I even have an iBook G4 that I never use

Whats the big ole tower on the top right? Can you tell what motherboard mount it is? Would you be willing to let that go for a decent price?

I could get you a setup too but the distance makes it more expensive.

Yes I still need one, a old laptop would be easy to ship and not expensive a desktop then yes that wouldnt be worth it.

Top right looks like an Antec sonata case. I loved those cases, SO easy to work with.
