  • Looking for a 12 bolt rear

Yep, started looking for a 12 bolt rear. Checked a few places to see how much a new one costs so I figured that I'd see if a decent used one pops up. Ideally it woud be a 3.73 with a posi and traction control (4 channel), but who knows. thanks. Yeah, I know, Larry, don't buy a used one, but maybe I'll have better luck. this is for a 98 and above 4th gen.

I know of someone selling a brand new complete MWC 9" with 35 spline axles for a hell of a deal.

It's a little more race oriented the one I know of is narrowed 3" per side and has a spool and backbrace with strange components.

I know how it go's. I'm looking for one myself. I have the housing and third but no one makes the spring pockets or other brackets in the after market to weld on.

I'm considering just cutting the old brackets off the old axle and welding them on to ne 9". I did find the torque arm mounts in the after market. I may give it a try.
