only cheaper, if possible. Anybody know where else I could look? I found a silver one on ebay, but I think black would look better.

Did mine myself. Wrapped a rag around the little ball on top and pulled it off with visegrips and then cut antenna to desired length. Put a drop of superglue in the ball and tapped it back on. Antenna looks factory just a foot shorter.

Spencer, where did you get the BitViper one? I googled it, but all I got was various forum posts and no actual site that sold them.

I have the one you linked at the top. The PitViper looks like an RC car to me.

I bought one that's 14" tall, black and was around $14 on ebay. Just search camaro antenna.

                        so I found these:

                        http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/8-FA-...item35a15c58e1

                        http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/8-Sil...item35b1244e2f

Which both look fine, but both say they don't get as good radio reception, which makes me hesitate.

did you by chance PM Tim? I had no radio reception problems for the most part with the one I bought from him. But those ones you linked from Ebay look good as well.
