  • wated: optispark!

well took the car out on the street for the 1st time to take it around the block quick and the car just died. ran all the tests (coil resistance, ICM, PCM ect) with my multi meter and all the tests say optispark. its the 1 piece i didnt replace on my rebuild because it was supposedly a new unit before i bought the car. so if you find a good deal on one let me know!!

I'd go with ac deco $350+ or a Chandler opti knowing it may only last 20k for $120.

No way would I go with a Chandler opti. Too many horror stories, and their customer service is terrible. Isn't that what you got Fred?
