  • Wanted: 4th gen LCAs and/or Relocation Brackets

Like the title says. I thought I had LCAs figured out, but I was stupid and dropped the ball and let them slip away, so I'm back to square one trying to find a good deal. Can anybody help me out?

I'm looking for aftermarket, as I'll be installing SLP Bilstein shocks and Summit Lowering springs later this spring.

Looks to be legit. I haven't personally seen them, but I know that Fred just put them on his T/A and another 3rd gen guy put them on and they both love the product. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them if I needed suspension parts.

Yes founders performance. I just got poly/poly ends, and the PHB double adjustable (worth the extra money IMO). They seem to be great quality and they're made in the USA

I was planning on just going with non-adjustable. I don't know what benefit adjusting them would do, and I don't think I would spend the time adjusting them.

Now, does anybody have a good lead on LCA relocation brackets? I definitely want to get bolt-in rather than weld-in.

Right, I didn't go with adj. LCAs either. I did go with an adj. PHB however. If you do choose to go with a PHB, I would highly recommend an ON-CAR adj. one for the ease of centering the rear. It takes an hour job down to 5 minutes and much less cussing I would assume.

well I was kind of figuring on just using the non-adjustable one that comes with those LCAs. What is the benefit of adjusting the PHB?

You can buy them separate and still make out pretty well. I think my LCAs were like $60 and my adj. PHB was $73

The benefit of adjusting the PHB is you can center the rear left-to-right (99% of our cars came off-center from the factory), mine was very close, but since I plan to run a 295 tire I wanted to make sure I was perfectly centered so the amount of BFH'ing would be minimized.

What's BFH'ing? And do you think adjustable would be needed for 275 or 285 size tires? Also, what other benefits are there to having the rear centered?

IMO I wouldn't even deal with putting a PHB on unless it was adjustable. With you lowering the car you are going to need the adjustable one.

I put the Founders non adjustables (lca and phb) on my car and found the quality and fit to be quite good. Great bang for the buck. BTW, BFH is Big Freaking Hammer.
