I am looking for a catalytic converter. I have a magnaflow catback and I think my Y pipe is 2.5" so it would need to be a 2.5" in and 3" out but I'm not too picky on the particulars as I can fab it to fit if it's a 2.5" in 2.5" out or 3" in 3" out.

I am in Dearborn so if you have something please send me an email at swoeman815@hotmail.com

Straight pipe or get a high flow one!

Aftermarket would be best as my entire system is aftermarket. I have an off road Y pipe and a magnaflow catback.

I am running a straight pipe now and I am tired of the loudness of the car and I want to try to quiet it down. It is very loud with the current setup and it stinks. I will add a cat and if it still isn't quiet enough I will consider pulling my magnaflow muffler and putting on a quieter one.

Do you have a magnaflow catback or just an inline bullet muffler? If its the full catback, not much out there that is quieter. As far as the cat goes, google search magnaflow catalytic converter. They have high flow versions that are ~$60 I believe. I don't think that they make a 2.5"-3" one, so you will probably have to buy one of the two and use an adapter on either end. My suggestion would be use a 3" cat.
