Check on Jeg's website, I got mine there for about $125 on sale there. I got the SLP kit, FWIW.

I have the hurst and didn't have any issues at all.. Been on my car 5 years, no issues..

I don't know, I was just going to ask Kwaz to do it so it wouldn't be bolted down, and or lock all 4 wheels.
