  • WTB an LT1/LS1 camaro in the $4000 range

Obviously, if it's an LT1, for $4000, it's gotta be nice. On the other hand, i'm not expecting a super pristine LS1 either. I have a 97' Grand Prix GT I can trade if you're interested. Annnnywho, lets see the offers.

    Auto or Manual?

auto will be easy, manual not so much.

So if it is a lowly LT1 it better be pristine for $4000? Good Luck!

              I actually prefer an auto.

That's not what I meant. And i'm not one of those LS1 fanboys that hate on LT1s. I just meant that a decent LT1 can be had for 4,000, and not many worth while LS1's can be found at the $4,000 price.

good luck with the search! dont settle because you can get a real clean lt1 car for cheap these days, and there is nothing wrong with them.

There HAS to be something wrong with the z28 in the first link. That low of miles and he's only asking 3000?

yeah, that's kinda what I thought, but I figured I'd throw it out there.

I sent him an email just in case. I'd jump on this deal if it's legit.

I would sell my rust free LT1 automatic. It has a lot of miles but it runs strongs, the trans was rebuilt the spring, new tires in spring, new brakes and alignment last week, and it will have a new head liner next week. A/C blows cold, current has a dent in the rocker that I was going to fix over the winter. PM me for more details, It will well under your price range.

just past 189,000 and I added few more details to my post above.

Joel and Darren would both agree is a super clean, rust free car. I think it would be hard to find a rust free car like mine for under 4,000.
