a 4.10 is going to be way to steep for a 305 and a 700r4. maybe 373s or 355s

Like I said, get a used 4.10 rearend and an elcheapo used converter and the car will FEEL TONS quicker.

he may have not known you have a 305, thats way to steep a gear.

Your wasting your time, but yes do not go 4.10's. Here's some free advice, do some research on what you have and learn a little more about it. A posi 3.42, 3.73. rear end will do you more good now and down the road.

and i wasnt saying it in a bad way i was trying to say that with me having od ill have a higher top speed. my truck has 4:11 with th400 and tops at 120 at redline. you should have a bit higher top speed.
