SLP 2OTL is one of the deepest and best sounding catbacks that ive heard if you can deal with the ugly looks.

The SLP 2OTL exhaust is a good sounding system, but I have to disagree with Joel, I think it looks great. The two pipes on the left make it stand out from all those other "conventional, run of the mill" one pipe on each side systems. I loved it on my '96SS so much, I even added it to my '85 IROC-Z (from the GM Performance Parts Catalog).

Dont get me wrong I love the way the bullets sound,I guess I did not notice it much when the car was a 6 spd,now its an auto the "drone"sound is a little too much..maybe if I ran the pipes out the back it wont be so bad?

why dont you add to what you have got turning the pipes either out the side or over the axle?

its not too hard to do if you get a hold of some mandrel bent pipe in the size of your exhaust.

i go to the junkyard once a month and buy full exhaust systems off full size trucks for the 3in bends and straight pipe.

its where i make the most money making exhaust for cars any way customer wants.. as long as its feasible

i have 2OTL on my 97 SS with BBK headers , no cats, and 3" till the Borla muffler and it sounds perfect its more of a sleeper look also for those who dont know about 2OTL. ive actually had a person say to me "why did you put SS badges on a V6?" they were looking at my exhaust when they said that lol
