I am in need of a 4l60e converter for lt1,looking for something in the range of 3200-3600...I bought what was supposed to be a brand new converter,put it in yesterday and it was junk..Now the guy wont answer his phone..pm for faster response.I wish I would have kept the car a 6 spd..

I find it strange he wanted it installed dry, thats the first time I've ever heard that. I always though installing it dry would cause the pump to burn up.Doing less with more

I could've sworn he told me to install mine full of fluid. That way you don't have to worry about how long it takes the trans fluid to get to the converter.- Brian Meissen
