and you guys are wrong our cars aren't worth what we have into them I' gladly take 10K for mine.
But would you take 8k? There's a difference between 8k and 10k. 10k is still a deal for a high 11's or lower car.

I'd take 8K right now with the rear out, meaning you could buy a 9" for 2K or less and have a 10 second street driven car.

I know I'm not going to get back what I have into it, but there's always an idiot willing to overpay!
After all the work I've put into it, it's almost priceless to me. I suppose I could just build another one, and probably will someday, but not now. Right now it can't be pried out of my cold and dead fingers.

But it would be friggin awesome if I could get it to do 11's with just a little more work, looking into getting another car right now so I don't have to put miles on this one or worry about gas.

              Used to own a Firebird.

                good luck!

If its cheap and reliable its NOT fast, if its fast and cheap its NOT reliable, if its fast AND reliable its NOT CHEAP!

Thanks for the replies, everyone. I've realized that an 11 sec car isn't going to happen with 8k and be done how I want it.

Right now I'm looking for LS1 + Auto trans cars, preferably a firebird.

I'd consider an LT1 if it was built up nicely.
