  • SLP Loudmouth Muffler

    I got headers and a shop to install but i dont wanna be quite anymore the baby 305 is about to get a baby cam and head job so i would like to be able to make it sound decent. im looking for a SLP Loudmouth. im really not looking to spend over 50 bucks a used one. i can get it brand new for 100. pm or whatever with whatever you have and pics please.

    save yourself the trouble and hassle and get a loud mouth II, if you want a loud mouth 1 just straight pipe it cause thats all that is. theres nothing inside it

        I like mine right now with my Formula being pretty close to stock(LT/exhaust only atm). Going to see if I still like it after my cam goes in very shortly. My guess I'll probably switching to a true dual setup probably soon. lol

          I loved mine to be honest until I did longtubes and h/c swap and then it was truly unbearable. I agree with Russ its just a straight pipe where the exhaust goes from 3" to like 3.5" you can look right through it.

            I had the LM2 and it was way too loud. When I had it, I like it. Since I switched, I realized how annoying it really was. JMO. It may end up sounding nice once you have it installed.

              I got mine for free. It was left in the Car from the guy I bought it from so.... Nope point not to use it at the time. Yea I know it can be annoying at times for some. But since I have to drive thru Downtown Milford all the time which I absolutely Hate it does cheer me up a bit that it is extremely loud. Plus I rarely ever go near Woodward with my own cars. I know better that would be a instant ticket down there in RO and those ticket happy PO's. lol

                  Well my ORY has the LM1 then a Turn down Dumped under the trans lol. quite loud when playing around near 5k+ rpms lol

                    Its all good, Daves car has a 305 with no compression or horsepower, so it wont be to loud. It will sound more like a chevrolet pickup with bad exhaust, bwahaaaaaaa. Just messin with ya Dave. Good luck with the search. Eric L

                        hahah Kiss my ass eric! lol. yea im not trying to get any crazy power or anything like that i know i wont be able to get any power outta this but ima wrap the headers in heat wrap and shit like that and just make it a little meaner sounding lol and plus im throwing a little head cam swap soon make some real power out of this car
