  • wtb: ss hood and spoiler

    looking to buy a ss hood for an lt1 car, dont have much of a prefrence if it has the lt1 or ls1 style scoop just needs to fit lt1 car. also looking for an oem ss spoiler. lt1 or ls1 style. must be oem. if anyone has any of these lemme know, my tax money is finally getting back to me


    looking for local because i dont want to deal with shipping but will drive to pick up myself
    wishing i could drive like joe and the atm squad

    Ill keep an eye out.. Wasnt a member on here selling a SS spoiler or did it already sell?

        Didnt you have a SS hood at one time? Or whats that a cowl hood?

            I'll keep you in mind, man -- I still have an eye open for SS items even though I found a hood for myself and have no interest in buying a spoiler for my car. I wouldn't mind locating a set of the 10-spoke wheels someday, especially the chrome version, but now's not the time for me.

            I understand fully about the shipping part -- I thought I found a good deal on my hood in Indy, but by the time I paid for the rental truck and the fuel, I could have just about paid retail for one here in Detroit! The repaint is going to hurt too.

            Expect $500 and up on the hood, dependng on condition.

            Expect around $250 for the spoiler, again depending on condition.

              Try and look on forums for GP's. I got my hood for like $350 shipped and saved a good $140+

                lol i did have an ss hood that i never put on and i had a cowl that was on the car for a season

                        if you find a oem ss spoiler for 250 jump on that *****, I've seen them for 300 to 400. and they sell all day long, try to snag one one ebay
