      When I got my Formula. They guy had just did a title transfer from his dad to his name a few days before selling it to me. So we had to go down to the SoS in Flint to get an instant title, and then he was able to sign it over to me. I believe only certain SoS's can do the instant title. It's like $5 or 15 more for the instant title.
