Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Well after some advice from a member on here, I found out that my flexplate is correct for my project. So I then found out that my torque converter is not the correct one for a LS1 and now I am looking for a LS1 4L60E torque converter. I would prefer stock but if its an aftermarket one I will consider it. If anyone has one or knows of one that I can pick up please let me know.
Thanks,
Dan

How many miles does it have on it? I would have to imagine that you can flush them out or at least run fluid through them. I'll have to call my buddy that works on transmissions to see. How much would you want for it?

No idea, the converter came with my trans that I bought, I just have the trans to mike to have him rebuild it last year, didnt bother with its condition, never even touched the converter, just been sitting in my garage. I assume its perfectly fine, I dont think they go bad. But if your looking for a little more giddy up and go for a good price call ridings. Could ask him about the one I have too. Ill let it go real cheap if its good and what you want.
Dont know how soon your lookn for one but ill be pulln my stock one out in the spring has 90k on it works great just putn a bigger stall in, if ya want it make me an offer and its yours when it comes out
